How to read the table
- Cheapest first order is the lowest price a new customer pays today, with the pharmacy's code or welcome offer applied.
- Second and third cheapest show how close the next two pharmacies are.
- Cheapest without a discount is the lowest standard price for the same dose with no code at all.
- Select a pharmacy name to see the discount code or offer link behind the price.
- Delivery is inside every price. So are the consultation and dispensing fees.

Why the first order matters most
Pharmacies compete hardest for new customers. A first order code takes between £5 and £25 off a Mounjaro pen and between £9 and £32 off a Wegovy pen, measured against the cheapest price with no discount. Every pharmacy you have not used before counts as a new first order.

Pens and tablets at a glance
Mounjaro and Wegovy are pens you inject once a week. Wegovy tablets and Foundayo are swallowed once a day. Pens need a fridge. Tablets do not. The NHS supplies Mounjaro and Wegovy to people who meet strict rules, and supplies neither tablet at present.
